At the Practice of Dr. Robert Burns we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Prior to your appointment, you must verify that we are a provider for your insurance, whether by contacting us or your insurance provider. Please be advised that we do not submit to secondary insurance or plans that we are not a provider for. You can obtain an itemized receipt at the time of service which you can submit to your insurance provider. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

Call our office with your insurance information prior to your appointment so that we may provide you a quote based off your insurance coverage.

If you fail to provide your insurance information 24 hours prior to your appointment, we may not have enough time to verify your coverage. Without verified coverage at the time of appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment without insurance calculation.
